True Beauty Comes From Within !

Namaskar!

Being an Ayurvedic Doctor, I always believe in having a holistic approach towards everything in life and beauty is no exception! They say your face is the mirror to your body and health. Hence health comes first and naturally beauty will follow.

As described in Ayurved, the true definition of ‘being healthy’ (Swasth) is a combination of a healthy body (Shareer), a pure soul (Aatma), healthy 5 sensory organs (Panch-Indriya) namely eyes, ears, nose, tongue and skin and last but not the least a healthy happy mind (Mann). Skin is only 1/8 th part of truly “being healthy”

The skin acts as a canvas that showcases the effects of your lifestyle choices, such as diet, hydration, and sleep patterns. When your body is nourished with a balanced diet rich in vitamins and nutrients, your skin often appears vibrant and clear. On the contrary, inadequate hydration, poor dietary habits, and high stress levels can manifest as dullness, acne, or inflammation on the skin's surface. Thus, prioritizing your internal health through proper nutrition, hydration, stress management, and overall self-care not only fosters a healthier body but also contributes to a radiant and glowing complexion.

Take care of your body.  Meditate to connect with your soul. Control your mind from getting distorted with unnecessary stress & practice ethical behavior keeping your morals intact.

As mentioned in Ayurved the 3 pillars of a good lifestyle are Ahaar i.e. food, Vihaar i.e. daily routine activities and Pathyaapathya i.e. general do’s and don’ts about which we shall discuss about in the upcoming blogs.

Real change starts from within.

Shubham Bhavatu!
