What Is Plantessentials?
Plantessentials is a skin care and hair care brand based on Ayurved. It is founded by an Ayurvedic doctor - Dr Madhuri Patankar, practicing Ayurved since more than 2 decades. We at Plantessentials follow a holistic approach towards beauty through an clean and natural way. This is an attempt to spread and keep the ancient science of Ayurved through skin and hair care.
Are your products safe to use?
All our products are made up of most natural ingredients and free from harmful chemicals. There is a misconception that 100% natural is safe & effective and anything that sounds like a chemical is unsafe. This is completely wrong. Everything is a chemical. Even water is a chemical. The question is about harmful and harmless chemicals. So we assure you that our products do not contain any harmful chemicals and therefore are safe for your skin and hair. For best results, we recommend always following the directions of use. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship all over India. We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery services.
How long will my order take?
We make fresh and small batches hence the order is usually shipped within 1-3 days after receiving the order. Once shipped, our logistics partner takes 2 to 5 days to deliver the shipment.
What is your return policy?
We at Plantessentials have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
- You received a wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
